PURCHASED TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sales are final. Return requests, if exceptionally approved by management, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Total carat weight listed for mounted jewelry is approximate. Variations of up to ±10% may occur in accordance with industry standards and do not affect the integrity or value of the piece.

  • Shipping is charged per show, per invoice.
  • Open invoices without payment will be voided after 3 weeks.
  • If a balance remains on your payment plan at the 12 week mark, you may use a third-party buy now, pay later platform to finance the remaining balance.
  • Overdue balances on payment plans are subject to a 1.5% administrative fee. 
  • Failure to complete your payment plan will result in a forfeit of your 25% deposit and a release of your items.

Authenticity

We guarantee that all jewelry pieces are made using genuine materials, including gold, platinum, diamonds, and authentic gemstones as described.

Live Selling Claims

Items claimed during live sessions are considered reserved once confirmed. Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe.

Custom Jewelry

Custom jewelry orders require production time depending on design complexity. All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Pricing

Our pricing reflects our direct sourcing advantage through our global network. Prices may change without prior notice until confirmed at purchase.

Liability

Lava Artisans is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping providers
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling or misuse

Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Lava Artisans digital gift cards are sent directly to the recipient immediately upon order confirmation and are available for use immediately and exclusively on the lavaartisans.com website. If you do not immediately receive your gift card via email, please make sure to check your spam folder. 

Please note that Lava Artisans gift cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Once a gift card has expired, the remaining balance cannot be redeemed.

If the amount of your gift card is less than the total online order amount, you will need to pay the remaining balance. If the amount of your gift card is more than the total online order amount, the remaining balance will be updated and available for future purchases.

Lava Artisans Gift Cards:

  • are not reloadable; once the funds are exhausted, the card is no longer valuable and may be discarded.

  • are valid only in the currency in which they were issued.

  • may not be used to purchase another gift card.

We are not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser's failure to enter an accurate recipient address.

Sales tax will not be charged when purchasing Gift Cards, but purchases paid for by the gift card will be charged applicable taxes when required. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - A 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL ITEMS APPROVED FOR RETURN UNLESS WAIVED. 

Lava Artisans will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied to any credit card balances.

Your use of a Lava Artisans gift card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Lava Artisans reserves the right to cancel a gift card at any time if obtained illegally, including through fraud.
