Buy Now, Pay Later Options

We offer trusted Buy Now, Pay Later solutions, subject to qualification:

• Shop Pay

Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay are subject to a 6% processing fee.

Shop Pay is subject to a 3.9% processing fee.

These options allow clients to secure their selected piece immediately while paying over time through secure, globally trusted providers.

Payment Plans

LAVA ARTISANS offers in-house payment plans for select pieces.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the piece, with the remaining balance payable within up to 12 weeks.

Pieces will be released for shipment once full payment has been completed.

Balances outstanding beyond 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% administrative fee.

Clients are kindly requested to submit payment confirmation to Customer Service to ensure prompt processing.

All payments confirm reservation of the selected piece.

Shipping

LAVA ARTISANS ships both domestically and internationally using trusted carriers to ensure secure delivery.

Ready pieces typically ship within 7 to 14 business days. Custom, sourced, resized, or specially serviced pieces may require additional time, generally between 4 to 6 weeks or as advised.

Shipping is fulfilled via priority services, with expedited delivery options available upon request at an additional cost.

Shipping insurance may also be arranged to protect your purchase during transit.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Assurance

Each LAVA ARTISANS piece is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged to preserve its quality and craftsmanship. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customization, servicing, and destination.

We remain committed to ensuring every piece arrives safely and in exceptional condition.

Important Notice

All sales are considered final. Return requests, if exceptionally approved by management, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise waived.

Total carat weight listed for mounted jewelry is approximate. Variations of up to ±10% may occur in accordance with industry standards and do not affect the integrity or value of the piece.
