Lava Artisans Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Lava Artisans digital gift cards are sent directly to the recipient immediately upon order confirmation and are available for use immediately and exclusively on the lavaartisans.com website. If you do not immediately receive your gift card via email, please make sure to check your spam folder. 

Please note that Lava Artisans gift cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Once a gift card has expired, the remaining balance cannot be redeemed.

If the amount of your gift card is less than the total online order amount, you will need to pay the remaining balance. If the amount of your gift card is more than the total online order amount, the remaining balance will be updated and available for future purchases.

Lava Artisans Gift Cards:

  • are not reloadable; once the funds are exhausted, the card is no longer valuable and may be discarded.

  • are valid only in the currency in which they were issued.

  • may not be used to purchase another gift card.

We are not responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser's failure to enter an accurate recipient address.

Sales tax will not be charged when purchasing Gift Cards, but purchases paid for by the gift card will be charged applicable taxes when required. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - A 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL ITEMS APPROVED FOR RETURN UNLESS WAIVED. 

Lava Artisans will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied to any credit card balances.

Your use of a Lava Artisans gift card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Lava Artisans reserves the right to cancel a gift card at any time if obtained illegally, including through fraud.
